1. Booking and Confirmation

1.1 All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of a 50% advance payment, unless stated otherwise.
1.2 Confirmation of booking is subject to vehicle availability at the time of request.
1.3 The company reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, vehicle breakdowns, or force majeure events.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Full payment must be completed before the start of the journey unless prior arrangements are made.
2.2 Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or approved online payment gateways.
2.3 Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following policy:

• More than 7 days before travel: 75% refund
• 3–7 days before travel: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund

3. Vehicle and Driver

3.1 The vehicle provided will be clean, roadworthy, and properly insured.
3.2 Drivers are licensed, experienced, and trained to ensure safe travel.
3.3 Drivers are employed to drive only and cannot be assigned for other personal tasks unless agreed upon.
3.4 The company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, roadblocks, or natural events.

4. Usage and Responsibility

4.1 The vehicle must be used only within Rajasthan unless prior approval is obtained.
4.2 Any fines, penalties, or toll charges incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the client unless prepaid.
4.3 Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

5. Damages and Liability

5.1 The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by negligence or misuse.
5.2 In case of an accident, the client must cooperate with authorities and the insurance process.
5.3 The company is not responsible for loss of personal belongings in the vehicle.

6. Trip Changes and Extensions

6.1 Any change in the itinerary must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
6.2 Additional charges may apply for extended trips or extra mileage.
6.3 Overnight stays, parking fees, and fuel costs are the responsibility of the client unless included in the package.

7. Cancellation by Company

7.1 The company reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, strikes, natural disasters, or vehicle unavailability.
7.2 In case of cancellation by the company, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative vehicle/service will be provided.

8. Force Majeure

8.1 The company is not liable for any failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, political unrest, accidents, or road closures.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
9.2 Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan.

10. Acceptance

10.1 By booking the service, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
